Background Screening is completed on all applicants before they begin working. All applicants are required to be listed in good standing on the FCSR through the State of Missouri.

  Experience Prevails:
All assistants have experience in providing care and supports to to either people with disabilities, family members or in other long term care environments. All assistants are certified in CPR and First Aide. All assistants receive training in identifying and reporting abuse and / or neglect. All assistants receive person specific training so they are adequately equipped with personal knowledge about your loved one.

  YOU decide:
All applicants are screened by YOU before they work in your home. All applicants will receive a tour of your home and spend time with your loved one and you before actually providing services. This opportunity allows both you and the employee time to begin developing a relationship - a relationship that is designed to last. It is our belief that through relationships trust and security are established that create staff and client loyalty.
