1. What is the background of Loving Assistants, LLC?
    Loving Assistants, LLC is backed by 20 years of experience supporting people to live in their own homes.

2. Are the Assistants bonded and insured?
    Yes.

3. What qualifications or training do Assistants have?
    Background checks and reference checks are completed on all Assistants. All Assistants receive CPR and     First Aid Training. All Assistants receive training in signs and symptoms of abuse and neglect. All     Assistants receive ongoing personalized training for each client.

4. How do you supervise the Assistants?
    Management conducts routine visits to the home to review the quality of work. Management conducts     ongoing conversations with the client and family members to discuss the quality of care or service.

5. What areas are your services available?
    Services are provided in St. Louis and St. Charles County.

6. Will I have the same Assistant?
    It is the fundamental belief of Loving Assistants, LLC that relationships are key to quality of life and care.     We make every effort possible to send regularly scheduled Assistants to each client.

7. How much does it cost to use Loving Assistants, LLC?
    The rate is $20.00/hour. When the need is greater than 12 hours a day or 7 days a week, a negotiated rate is     established.

8. Do you provide Assistants in facilities also?
    It is possible to provide Assistants in long term care facilities. Loving Assistants, LLC will work with other     providers to work as a TEAM to provide the best possible services.

9. Who pays the Assistants and how do they get paid?
    All Assistants are employees of Loving Assistants and are paid by Loving Assistants. Loving Assistants     assumes the responsibility for taxes and insurance. You are billed as agreed upon with a contract.

10. Can I use my insurance?
    Loving Assistants does not bill private insurance companies. You may, however, use the insurance and pay     Loving Assistants, LLC directly.
